Saul Diaz
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Saul Diaz is a U.S. Army veteran who served as a cavalry scout, machine gunner, scout team leader, reconnaissance squad leader, weapons instructor, operations noncommissioned officer, and platoon sergeant during a ten-year active-duty career that included one combat tour to Jalalabad, Afghanistan.
Following his military service, he continued supporting the Department of War's electronic warfare mission as a government contractor, first as an engineering technician and later as a network engineer. Today, he serves as the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Saber Strategic Solutions LLC, bringing operational leadership, technical experience, and a mission-first perspective to the company's work.
Operating focus
Saber leads complex technical and operational delivery, then assembles the right accountable team around each mission; qualified personnel, specialist partners, and the delivery controls each engagement requires. The founder serves as the accountable executive and project-delivery lead, with specialist or licensed work performed by qualified partners where the work calls for it.
